Responsible for preparing complex reconciliations, journal entries, and audit-ready schedules across balance sheet, P&L, and cash. Develops management and compliance reports, analyzes financial trends to support forecasting and risk identification, manages period-end close, ensures compliance with accounting standards and tax/regulatory requirements, and leads process improvements.

Manage paid advertising budgets, optimize high-traffic global websites, enable analytics and reporting (Google Ads, Analytics, Search Console, seoClarity), and provide data-driven recommendations to drive measurable inbound marketing outcomes.

Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into requirements, perform data analysis and modeling, design and maintain automated BI dashboards (Tableau), and apply business analysis and project management techniques to deliver solutions and drive strategic initiatives.

Support delivery of construction and infrastructure projects across the project lifecycle. Coordinate scope, resources, stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, timelines, and project documentation to ensure projects meet milestones, budget, and quality targets.

Provide administrative and operational support to R&D teams: maintain records, track activities via databases/spreadsheets, coordinate onboarding/training, organize meetings and events, prepare minutes and documentation to ensure efficient departmental operations and compliance support.

Lead internal communications by creating and editing written and digital content, supporting the corporate intranet, developing corporate campaign materials, analyzing communication metrics, and driving platform and process improvements to enhance employee experience and cross-functional collaboration.
