Duties and Responsibilities
Configure and test all functionality for assigned modules
Work with cross-functional teams to lead requirements gathering, design, build, testing, and deployment of new and existing HR system functionality, while managing all downstream impacts and integrations; consult on enterprise system implementations, participate in vendor selection, and manage the RFP process
Analyze business processes to identify and propose new business process or program changes to address business specific requirements and provide continuous improvement
Educate stakeholders on enhancement opportunities and process improvements through new functionality delivered during system updates
Maintain system documentation, in particular with respect to maintaining data quality and business process documentation
Knowledge and Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in Human Resources
5+ years of Workday administration, maintenance and implementation
Completed post-secondary education in Human Resources or related from a recognized institution

The annual salary for this job ranges from:
$83,700.00 - $125,500.00STEMCELL determines an individual’s pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives, the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company policy. In addition to base salary, STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health benefits, retirement savings, and more.
