Maintain accurate account data, prioritize territories, understand competitive positioning, and collaborate with service and implementation teams. The role requires complex SaaS sales expertise, long sales-cycle experience, restaurant technology knowledge, and travel of 30% or more.

Develop and maintain value-based financial models that demonstrate the business impact of ServiceNow products across industries and business functions.
