Operations Scheduling Coordinator responsible for assigning and scheduling crew and aircraft for Commercial and Intercompany activities, coordinating aircraft movements, updating reports, communicating with stakeholders, and maintaining operational knowledge. Requires high school diploma, proficiency in MS Office, excellent organizational and communication skills, detail-oriented, and task-focused in a fast-paced environment.
