The role supports multidisciplinary teams across Western Canada and requires expertise in electrical distribution, PLC/DCS controls, variable speed drives, instrumentation, and applicable Canadian standards.

Lead mechanical engineering design and construction administration for commercial, institutional, government, and light industrial building projects. Design HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, controls, hydronic, and piping systems; perform calculations, equipment selection, specifications, coordination, and quality reviews. Support construction through inspections, submittals, RFIs, and site instructions. Coordinate with clients, vendors, architects, and multidisciplinary teams while mentoring junior engineers and managing multiple projects.

Frequent field travel to remote/mining sites across BC and Canada.

Lead implementation and maintenance of BIM environments, enforce standards and digital workflows, mentor BIM staff, troubleshoot complex model and workflow issues, and drive process improvements across multidisciplinary projects.
