The role requires cross-functional coordination, digital performance analysis, client strategy development, and in-person meetings across the Lower Mainland.

Drive membership growth by building consultative relationships with top real estate agents across Canada. Make 30–40+ outbound calls daily, qualify and nurture leads, uncover client needs, tailor product offerings, meet sales targets, and develop a sustainable book of business while collaborating with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams.
