Your wins won’t just impact REW - they’ll create real value for customers through successful products backed by deep industry expertise. As a key key player on an elite crew (not just another cog in a corporate machine), you’ll learn and collaborate with crew who bring 25 years of PropTech experience. You’ll be given the opportunity to develop your account portfolio and, over time, expand into new markets and territories.

What we can offer you.

We understand that you probably skipped from the top right down to here. You’re only human, after all. Here’s the part you were looking for:
Compensation for this role is a combination of base salary and commissions, with an overall annual OTE of $120,000.  Opportunities exist to earn over and above this amount with higher performance.
In addition to competitive compensation, we provide comprehensive health benefits, pension matching, birthday day off, and team events to keep you connected. We’ll make sure you have the tools to do your best work, from the right equipment to an office stocked with snacks.
At REW, we don’t operate in silos - you’ll have opportunities to work with and learn from colleagues across Engineering, Data, Marketing, and Product. With a talented team under one roof, it’s easy to share ideas, collaborate across functions, and gain exposure beyond your immediate role.
