Advise senior leaders and internal teams on contractual risks, commitments, and negotiation priorities. Support complex technology licenses and biopharma collaborations while maintaining the contract management system. Partner with Business Development, R&D, Procurement, Finance, and executive leadership to provide practical, business-oriented legal guidance.
