Prospect outbound through email, LinkedIn, and phone to generate qualified meetings and pipeline for Account Executives. Conduct discovery conversations, communicate Optix’s value, maintain accurate HubSpot sequences and CRM records, collaborate with AEs on messaging and handoffs, and provide market intelligence to Sales and Marketing. The role offers a performance-based path to Account Executive within 6 to 12 months.

Own the full customer lifecycle for a portfolio of technology clients, including onboarding, adoption, retention, renewals, expansions, and escalations. Lead client conversations, identify growth opportunities, maintain account records in HubSpot, collaborate with Product on roadmap feedback, and help improve AI-powered customer success tools. The role requires occasional early morning and late afternoon availability to support clients.
