Design, maintain, and optimize Unreal Engine build pipelines and CI/CD tooling; manage and secure cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and on-prem infrastructure; implement automation, monitoring, and release workflows; provide on-call incident response and cross-team DevOps guidance; champion best practices.

Own the full asset pipeline (modeling, sculpting, retopology, UVs, baking, texturing, basic skinning, in-engine implementation). Collaborate with technical artists, animators, designers, and external partners to optimize assets, follow art direction and pipelines, participate in reviews, and maintain consistent character style and performance.
