The Application Support Engineer will provide Level 2/3 support for Halo ITSM and related PLM platforms, manage incident responses, troubleshoot systems, and ensure operational stability. Responsibilities include user collaboration, training users on ITSM tools, maintaining compliance with ITIL processes, and supporting audits and performance reporting.

Responsible for architecting new software services, supporting engineering teams, coordinating development activities, participating in business requirement meetings, and conducting business demos.
