Manage enterprise customer relationships across the post-sale lifecycle, driving platform adoption, customer outcomes, renewals, retention, and expansion. Build relationships with users and executives, lead success plans and business reviews, provide training and platform administration, identify risks and growth opportunities, and coordinate with Sales, Product, Delivery, and Support. The role requires strong commercial, presentation, organizational, and consultative skills, along with curiosity about AI and complex technology.

Lead strategic, client-facing implementations of Exiger's supply chain risk SaaS platforms for large enterprises. Guide onboarding, configuration, and go-live; translate client objectives into implementation strategies; develop supply chain risk frameworks; collaborate with Sales, Product, and Client Services; document and improve processes; mentor team members; and relay client feedback to inform product enhancements.
