Provide high-touch administrative support to Marketing VPs and Sr. Directors: manage calendars and travel, coordinate events and offsites, prepare briefings and communications, track deliverables, maintain confidentiality, collaborate with Marketing Operations, and provide backup EA support. Attend monthly in-person events.
