Own release marketing and enablement, including release notes, demos, training content, sales materials, and GTM communications. Coordinate collateral across product teams, maintain quality standards, drive customer awareness and adoption, and build AI-powered workflow automations. Contribute to positioning, messaging, competitive research, customer proof points, launch planning, and campaign content across Loopio’s B2B SaaS products.

Build and scale data platforms, ETL pipelines, data lakes, warehouses, feature stores, and orchestration tooling. Integrate clickstream, relational, and unstructured data using Databricks and AWS. Partner with data scientists, ML engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to support analytics, predictive modeling, and data-driven decisions. Maintain production systems, automate testing and monitoring, and communicate technical roadmaps and challenges.

Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and adoption of Loopio’s headless platform initiative. Lead discovery, product-market validation, API and MCP integration strategy, and secure interoperability with enterprise AI assistants and agent frameworks. Partner with engineering, design, customers, and executives to define success metrics, ship iteratively, and drive scaled adoption. The role requires strong product judgment, technical fluency in APIs, authentication, data contracts, LLMs, and agent workflows, plus experience launching B2B SaaS integrations.

Leads Loopio’s B2B content marketing strategy, production, distribution, and performance measurement. Manages content across formats and channels, including video, research projects, case studies, webinars, social content, and conference presentations. Partners cross-functionally with Growth, Product, Sales, Customer Success, and People teams to strengthen thought leadership, awareness, pipeline, and revenue. Provides direction to internal teams, freelancers, agencies, and industry partners while managing strategic initiatives and reporting on content performance.
