Owns segmentation, coverage strategy, customer adoption, strategic accounts, scalable education, advisory operations, cross-functional decision rights, customer insights, metrics, hiring, and organizational design. The role builds a unified operating system that improves customer outcomes, retention, expansion quality, product adoption, and customer revenue while developing leadership across the function.

Lead RevenueCat’s Sales and Sales Engineering functions, setting strategy, goals, forecasting practices, hiring plans, budgets, and performance standards. Build a multi-motion sales system spanning enterprise, mid-market, product-led, outbound, partner, and regional opportunities. Develop qualified pipeline, coach leaders, improve cross-functional collaboration, remain involved in complex customer opportunities, and turn deal insights into repeatable playbooks and training.

Lead product strategy and roadmaps for RevenueCat’s Funnels and Workflows products. Conduct customer research, identify adoption barriers, define product vision, develop growth-focused features, analyze metrics, and collaborate with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams to improve subscriber conversion, retention, and revenue.

Manage and nurture a portfolio of mobile app customers to ensure successful implementation and adoption of RevenueCat. Act as a growth advisor: analyze customer data, propose actionable tactics, create educational content (workshops, guides), and collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing to influence product and drive customer revenue growth.

Drive full-cycle, value-led sales for mid-market mobile app customers: generate outbound pipeline, run discovery/demos, represent RevenueCat at events, advise on monetization and onboarding, and collaborate with Sales Engineering and Customer Success to grow customer revenue.

Design and ship high-converting mobile paywalls, onboarding flows, and purchase funnels using RevenueCat builders. Lead discovery, propose experiment plans, run multivariate tests, analyze results, and codify successful patterns into templates and content. Partner with Product, Marketing, and Advocacy; present findings publicly and advise internal teams on monetization UX best practices.

Build and scale the internal developer platform: create tools, services and automation (CI/CD, canaries, feature flags, access workflows) using IaC (Pulumi/Python) and Kubernetes to enable safe, fast shipping. Drive platform initiatives, mentor teams, lead AI tool adoption for engineering, participate in on-call and design/code reviews, and ship major improvements across the organization.

Own go-to-market and adoption campaigns for developer-focused product areas: build lifecycle campaigns, design and optimize web pages, produce case studies and enablement, gather market insights, and run creative brand projects. Lead end-to-end product launches, collaborate across Product, Sales, and Marketing, and optimize self-serve funnels to drive activation, retention, and revenue.
