Deliver onboarding, training, presentations, and account strategies to increase usage, retention, and growth. Former practicing lawyer will manage a portfolio of large law-firm accounts, drive retention, expansion, and cross-sell, promote adoption of generative AI and legal technologies, lead consultative sales, negotiate complex multi-product deals, and provide executive-level strategy and feedback to inform product and commercial priorities.
