Lead multimodal transit and transportation planning studies for municipal, regional, and transit clients. Perform data collection, transit system performance and ridership analysis, mobility hub and BRT planning, evaluate alternatives, and produce technical reports. Define scopes, develop recommendations, support stakeholder and public engagement, and build client relationships while advising on emerging transit technologies and zero-emission fleet transitions.

Apply human factors and human-system integration to rail and transit projects. Support system engineering, task analyses, HMI and workstation assessments, safety and maintainability evaluations, testing, field reviews, and prepare technical reports and client presentations to reduce human error and improve operations.

Manage and coordinate rail and transit infrastructure projects across lifecycle phases (design through construction). Maintain schedules, budgets, risk registers, and stakeholder communications; support proposals, QA/QC, health and safety plans, contractor oversight, and meeting leadership to ensure project delivery and client satisfaction.

Oversee system-level engineering across design, integration, testing, commissioning, requirements, interface management, verification/validation, and systems assurance. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, authorities, suppliers, and operations to ensure operational readiness and long-term maintainability.

Support planning, design, and delivery of tunnelling and trenchless infrastructure projects from concept through construction support. Perform feasibility and design, review geotechnical data and contractor submissions, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, prepare technical specifications and procurement support, provide construction-phase engineering, RFIs, site observations, and contribute to proposals and business development.
