The role contributes to tunnel and station development, evaluates construction methods, analyzes geological and engineering data, and develops design solutions for transit and municipal projects across Canada and internationally.

Lead major defence and federal infrastructure programs from strategic pursuit through execution and closeout. Establish governance, delivery frameworks, risk and commercial strategies, and oversee schedule, budget, quality, procurement, project controls, and stakeholder engagement. Advise government clients and delivery partners, lead multidisciplinary teams, support strategic pursuits, and develop project delivery capability across Canada. The role requires extensive experience delivering major capital programs in complex, remote, or logistically challenging environments.

Lead Canadian corporate tax compliance, tax accounting (IAS 12), and cross-border advisory for the Americas. Review returns and provisions, support audits and tax authorities, manage external advisors, improve tax processes and automation, and mentor junior team members while ensuring tax governance and risk mitigation.
