As a Social & Video Creator, you will produce video content and manage social content across platforms like LinkedIn and YouTube, focusing on brand storytelling and audience engagement through creative campaigns.

Build and operate LLM-powered agent backends at scale: design retrieval and orchestration pipelines, optimize latency and inference cost, develop evaluation and human-in-the-loop systems, and own end-to-end projects from architecture to production readiness while collaborating with product, infrastructure, and data teams.

Execute high-volume, multi-channel outreach to recruit and qualify participants for B2B win-loss research. Manage ~30 programs, keep HubSpot updated, ensure interview readiness, collaborate with CSMs and Researchers, and iterate on outreach strategies using AI-assisted workflows to improve conversion and program health.

Perform targeted outbound prospecting and nurture inbound leads using cold/warm calls, LinkedIn, email and AI-assisted tools. Lead discovery calls, identify pain points, articulate Klue's value, and contribute to process or tool improvements while participating in a structured SDR onboarding and ramp program.
