Manage multiple capital and tenant improvement projects from inception through completion, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, quality, procurement, and client expectations are met. Coordinate owners, consultants, contractors, suppliers, landlords, and other stakeholders; oversee project controls, financial performance, risk mitigation, reporting, meetings, and issue resolution. Lead and mentor project teams, cultivate client relationships, and support business development and new project pursuits. Travel may be required throughout Western Canada.
