Develop and manage forecasting and scheduling models, systems, and methodologies to analyze and assess volumes, staffing, and scheduling effectiveness. Provide measurement and decision-support for planning, work on moderate-scope projects, identify solutions to technical problems, apply judgment within defined parameters, and communicate findings. Maintain pricing data integrity in the ERP, support sales/vendors/customers on pricing setups and issues, analyze gross profit and rebate discrepancies, reconcile vendor payments, manipulate data, and support projects and team members.

Lead and support analytics lifecycle activities: manage analytic data platforms, govern data access, design and implement reporting/BI, apply advanced quantitative modeling, deliver actionable business insights, contribute to policies, work independently on complex projects and mentor junior colleagues.

Process and maintain payroll records ensuring accurate, timely pay and correct withholdings. Calculate overtime, shift differentials, commissions and bonuses; prepare management and regulatory reports; respond to employee and supervisor payroll inquiries and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for indirect goods and services. Perform market and supplier analysis, negotiate contracts, manage supplier relationships and contract compliance, optimize supply chain value, mitigate risk, and execute purchase orders using procurement systems while resolving technical issues.

Supervise and coordinate daily customer order management operations, enforce policies and procedures, resolve order problems and disputes, act as point-of-contact when needed, and interact with customers, subordinates, and peers to ensure timely order processing and service.

Provide advanced enterprise Microsoft 365 support and administration, resolve escalated technical issues, design and implement permanent solutions, lead projects, produce reports, train users, and contribute to process improvements and documentation.

Lead incident response and resolution for enterprise infrastructure. Manage servers, storage, virtualization, networking, backups and cloud services; coordinate cross-functional teams, develop solutions, mentor colleagues, and produce technical documentation and reports.
