Administer and support large-scale cloud and on-premises monitoring deployments across multiple providers. Maintain performance, availability, capacity, permissions, upgrades, and audit compliance. Integrate applications and infrastructure with enterprise monitoring instrumentation, document operational processes, collaborate with technical teams, and mentor colleagues on observability practices. Supervise and develop analysts, drive process improvements and automation, maintain visibility of value streams, collaborate cross-functionally, and support vendor and customer contract administration.

Administers and architects IBM i environments across IBM Power Systems, managing partitions, upgrades, backups, disaster recovery, high availability, security, performance, storage, and integrations. Develops automation with CL, SQL, and RPG; supports IBM MQ, APIs, cloud platforms, and open-source technologies. Serves as the highest technical escalation point, leads root-cause analysis, participates in on-call support, and manages infrastructure changes, modernization initiatives, documentation, and compliance.

Supports talent acquisition by coordinating interviews, managing candidate and recruiter communications, preparing offer letters, monitoring background screenings, providing onboarding details, processing paperwork and invoices, and maintaining accurate recruitment records. The role also contributes to candidate sourcing, screening, selection, and a positive candidate experience while working independently within established procedures and collaborating with a global team on a fixed night shift.

Lead end-to-end process mapping and analysis using BPMN and process/task-mining tools to identify inefficiencies, create As-Is/To-Be documentation, define BRDs, model future-state scenarios, and drive cross-functional implementation with executive reporting.
