Collaborate through Agile planning, pairing, documentation, and architectural discussions. Use AI tools responsibly for coding, debugging, testing, research, and reviews while evaluating privacy, security, fairness, cost, and accuracy. Develop Node.js/TypeScript REST APIs, work with SQL databases, and contribute to modern web interfaces using React or Angular.

Own end-to-end onboarding and drive customer adoption, run proactive check-ins and Quarterly Business Reviews, coordinate cross-functional issue resolution, build repeatable playbooks, templates and reporting, and help shape the Customer Success function while collaborating with international colleagues.

Build and own secure, event-driven full-stack services on AWS using TypeScript/Node.js. Implement infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, observability, REST APIs, and automated tests; respond to production incidents and participate in architecture decisions while leveraging AI tools.
