Ensure methodology adherence, document requirements, identify expansion opportunities, use AI tools to accelerate deliverables, and mentor specialists to achieve scalable, high-quality outcomes.

Drive adoption, retention, and expansion for key accounts by advising on configuration, customization, and optimization of the GRC platform. Assess client GRC needs, recommend tailored solutions, support roadmap and governance implementations, identify at-risk clients, increase usage, and partner with Product, Support, and Sales to improve the platform. Monitor industry and regulatory trends and share subject-matter insights.

Build and operate secure, scalable event-driven backend services in TypeScript on AWS. Own services end-to-end, design REST APIs, implement tests, maintain infrastructure as code (CDK), participate in on-call rotations, and use AI tools to accelerate development.

Own and operate a cloud data platform, including ingestion, transformation, orchestration, serving, governance, lineage, and data quality. Build automated reporting, AI-assisted workflows, feature pipelines, and predictive-use-case infrastructure. Develop production-quality code, CI/CD, testing, observability, access controls, PII classification, versioning, and MLOps controls. Collaborate with engineering, product, finance, security, and other stakeholders while managing system cost, latency, reliability, and model risks.

Lead development and ownership of marketing and corporate web properties: build responsive, CMS-driven templates and components, set development standards (performance, accessibility, SEO, analytics), partner with cross-functional teams and agencies, improve site performance and conversion, and mentor developers to reduce technical debt and increase maintainability.

Own end-to-end onboarding and drive customer adoption, run proactive check-ins and Quarterly Business Reviews, coordinate cross-functional issue resolution, build repeatable playbooks, templates and reporting, and help shape the Customer Success function while collaborating with international colleagues.
