Manage and continuously improve Geotab's Salesforce platform: configure Sales/Service/Marketing Clouds, ensure data quality and security, oversee integrations and migrations, evaluate releases, develop/test enhancements, deliver training, and mentor team members to elevate Business Systems capabilities.

Support RFX and proposal activities: create and manage proposals, respond to vendor/security questionnaires, coordinate SMEs, write/edit responses, maintain content and CRM records, train junior staff, and optimize processes using AI and tooling.
