Manage Donaldson’s aftermarket sales territory across Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and West Ontario. Support distributors and end users with product knowledge, applications, and value-added selling; develop sales strategies, achieve revenue targets, and expand market penetration. Evaluate distributor performance, communicate market feedback to cross-functional teams, simplify complex information, manage multiple initiatives, and use business systems to maximize effectiveness. Travel up to 60%, including overnight travel, is required.
