Lead design and productionization of ML/AI solutions and LLM-based initiatives. Build scalable model pipelines, deploy and monitor models, collaborate with product and data teams, optimize models for performance, and develop tools for experiment and model lifecycle management. Research new tools and evangelize ML engineering best practices across the organization.
