Lead technical decisions, create Claude skills and agentic workflows to boost developer productivity, mentor teammates, write proposals, and deliver cross-functional platform features while ensuring usability, maintainability, and safe production paths.

Build and maintain scalable release automation and CI/CD pipelines to run tens of thousands of build/test/release tasks daily. Improve developer experience, optimize cloud-based build resources, collaborate with distributed teams, perform code reviews, and respond to critical service outages during normal working hours.
