Partner with engineering, platform, product, and infrastructure teams to identify friction, remove systemic bottlenecks, shape the Developer Experience Platform strategy, and foster continuous engineering improvement.

Lead corporate endpoint security architecture with a focus on macOS, designing secure-by-default controls, automation, patching, software distribution, and security baselines across macOS, iOS, Windows, and Linux. Manage configurations through Terraform, GitOps, version control, CI pipelines, and automated rollouts. Partner with IT and security teams to improve telemetry, detection, response, auditability, and operational efficiency. Mentor engineers and serve as a senior escalation point for complex endpoint security issues in a fully remote environment.

Define requirements for tenant portability, scalability, isolation, and regional compliance. Partner with engineering, product peers, and customers to translate infrastructure constraints into product strategy, prioritize tradeoffs, and align distributed teams to deliver a unified deployment platform.

Build and maintain the TypeScript-based Duo Client SDK, including Node.js core packages, public APIs, browser-compatible modules, Vue 3 client components, and platform adapters. Responsibilities include migrating consumers from the GitLab Language Server, managing versioning and deprecation paths, strengthening credential security, optimizing browser performance, writing tests, conducting code reviews, and participating in on-call support.

Build and maintain Ruby on Rails backend features for vulnerability management, including security dashboards, reports, and ingestion pipelines. Improve system performance, reliability, and scalability; collaborate across backend, frontend, product, design, and security teams; review code; address technical debt; and participate in on-call rotations.
