Owns execution and outcomes for the Chief Customer Officer’s strategic portfolio, including go-to-market transformation, retention and renewal programs, product feedback loops, and executive account engagement. Lead GitLab’s company-wide strategy for autonomous, agentic software development workflows. Identify and validate AI opportunities across the SDLC, build prototypes and reference architectures, establish evaluation frameworks and safety controls, and drive internal adoption. Partner across Engineering, Product, Infrastructure, Security, Architecture, and Data and ML teams to scale reliable, observable, compliant agentic capabilities into customer-facing products. Mentor senior technical leaders and represent GitLab externally on AI-assisted development and productivity measurement.

Build and operate Go-based automation for PostgreSQL provisioning, configuration, upgrades, failover, scaling, and decommissioning at GitLab.com scale. Develop a PostgreSQL-as-a-service platform, integrate cloud infrastructure and infrastructure-as-code tooling, improve database performance and reliability, and create safe upgrade automation. The role includes production ownership, architecture leadership, code reviews, documentation, cross-team collaboration, mentorship, and using AI agents in engineering workflows.
