Own and improve Dropbox’s Windows endpoint platform, including provisioning, application delivery, patching, security configuration, compliance, troubleshooting, and fleet health reporting. Build reliable PowerShell and systems automation, advance code-managed endpoint operations using tools such as Intune, FleetDM, osquery, infrastructure-as-code, and GitOps, and lead cross-functional platform improvements. Mentor engineers, review code and designs, document practices, and deliver multi-phase reliability initiatives.

Leads Dropbox’s global Revenue and Marketing Operations strategy across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments. Owns revenue planning, forecasting, segmentation, territories, quotas, incentives, GTM systems, analytics, productivity, and operating cadence. Partners with executive leadership across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, Customer Success, and Support to drive scalable growth, AI adoption, systems transformation, and revenue predictability. Builds and develops a high-performing global Revenue Operations organization.

Serve as a strategic FP&A partner to Product leadership, building financial models, business cases, forecasts, and scenario analyses. Evaluate growth initiatives, pricing, investments, and resource allocation while translating SaaS metrics and complex data into actionable recommendations.
