Advise B2B SaaS customers on demand generation strategy, including funnel optimization, ABM, content, paid media, SEO/AEO, and agent expansion. Translate engagement data into campaigns, positioning, and growth plans; measure pipeline, cost per lead, and ROAS; lead quarterly value reviews; identify expansion opportunities; develop playbooks; and provide proof points to Marketing. Partner with Customer Success Managers while serving as a strategic peer to customer marketing leaders.

Own customer outcomes from pilot through renewal and expansion. Define success criteria, establish baselines, measure pipeline and ROI, optimize AI agents, integrate marketing and revenue systems, analyze conversion data, advise marketing executives, identify expansion opportunities, and relay evidence-based feedback to Product. The role requires hands-on prompt engineering, conversational AI, workflow automation, and strategic consulting skills in B2B marketing and SaaS environments.
