Leads pipeline and workflow development for complex VFX and feature animation shows. Acts as the bridge between production, artists, supervisors, and technology teams; oversees show tech stacks, pipeline operations, tool architecture, code reviews, scalability, and reliability. Manages and mentors ATDs and Pipeline TDs, assigns development tasks, evaluates artist requests, coordinates technical solutions, and facilitates handoffs of tools and pipeline improvements to product or operations teams.
