Maintains HR resources, technology platforms, data, training materials, job postings, and candidate communications while supporting hiring events, engagement programs, partner initiatives, and continuous process improvement. This is an in-office role requiring strong organization, communication, technical aptitude, and attention to detail.

Maintains financial reporting, reconciliations, intercompany adjustments, gift card accounting, government remittances, audit support, and tax working papers. Partners with restaurant leaders on financial inquiries, improves accounting processes, and mentors junior team members. The role is in-office in Vancouver, BC and supports restaurant and corporate operations.

Lead visual concept development, design, and production across integrated campaigns, digital marketing, print, menus, in-store materials, and restaurant openings. Direct photo and video shoots, manage creative collaborators, mentor a Graphic Designer, and independently deliver concurrent projects. Develop design systems and templates, optimize performance creative through testing, and integrate AI and automation into creative workflows while maintaining brand consistency and quality.

Own LOCAL Public Eatery’s social media strategy across Instagram and TikTok, create and edit social-first content, manage influencer and creator partnerships, lead community engagement, monitor cultural trends, and analyze performance to optimize campaigns and brand growth.

Manage restaurant office operations, including payroll, daily sales and cash routines, expense tracking and filing, ordering, personnel files, and employee onboarding. The role supports the restaurant team as an organized, proactive administrative partner in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Full-week availability, including weekends, is required.
