Leads North American sales strategy and execution for mobile crushers and screens, driving equipment and aftermarket growth, profitability, market share, forecasting, distributor performance, customer relationships, and channel development. The role manages sales teams, coaches contributors, coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, supports complex commercial opportunities, and promotes solutions across equipment, service, training, digital offerings, and financing. Frequent travel to customer and distributor sites is required.
