The role partners with sales, support, product, engineering, and analytics while directly owning retention metrics and working at least four hours daily with US Eastern Time.

Drive outward-facing product for a B2B lead marketplace: own user research, unit-economics-driven briefs, model impact, run weekly experiments, pull your own data, and ship changes that move LTV, retention, margin, or revenue.
