Support project managers in planning and delivering mechanical ICI construction projects. Duties include scheduling, budget tracking, change orders, subcontractor coordination, document control with Procore, shop drawing reviews, contract administration, quality and safety support, site visits, O&M manual preparation, and independently managing smaller projects.

Manage and lead the contracts administrative and billing team, oversee full-cycle contract accounting (AR/AP/payroll, accruals), maintain document control and contract records, produce financial reporting and client data reports, support budgeting and variance analysis, drive process improvements, train staff, and provide backup administrative support.
