Lead planning and execution of high-impact fundraising events (galas, luncheons, cocktail parties). Own revenue performance, recruit and manage event chairs and committees, cultivate donors and sponsors, leverage CRM data for stewardship and reporting, collaborate with regional leadership, and ensure excellent donor and volunteer experiences across assigned markets.

Lead local execution of Bike MS and Challenge Walk MS endurance fundraising campaigns to meet revenue goals through donor cultivation, team and participant activation, sponsor engagement, CRM-driven performance tracking, and cross-team coordination. Serve as market lead, customize national strategies for local context, and report pacing and risks to regional leadership.
