The Founding Head of Sales will own the entire GTM and sales engine, overseeing strategy, execution, customer engagement, and team building as the company grows.

Support the CEO by driving engineering execution, contributing code and reviews, defining technical roadmaps, joining customer calls to translate feedback, and owning operational tasks like hiring and SOC 2/security reviews.

Design, build, and own the end-to-end model platform: training/fine-tuning pipelines, RL workflows, data ingestion/curation, reproducible experiments, scalable inference services, and production deployment.
