Owner of driver and rider acquisition across Canadian markets: build and run paid social/search campaigns, manage budgets and ROI, develop referral/viral loops, coordinate local activations, oversee PR and external content, and own outbound communications and lifecycle messaging in partnership with City GMs.

Manage P&L and day-to-day operations across Ontario and Atlantic Canada, optimize supply-demand balance, monitor marketplace metrics, lead driver engagement and retention, drive process improvements, partner with Customer Support and Marketing, ensure regulatory and service standard compliance, and travel regionally to maintain local presence.
