Provide remote Linux and infrastructure consulting for clients, including troubleshooting, system alerts, patching, health checks, deployments, cloud and container management, virtualization, networking, client onboarding, and infrastructure roadmaps. The role requires customer communication, ticket and time tracking, independent problem-solving, continuous learning, and occasional after-hours support.
