Drive platform adoption, optimization, KPI tracking, success planning, product presentations, and long-term customer outcomes. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, Support, partners, and integrators to resolve risks and complex issues. Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation and travel up to 25 percent.
