Design and build 3D game levels, environments, layouts, and gameplay moments throughout development. Collaborate with directors, designers, engineers, and artists; communicate level vision; solve complex design problems; iterate on levels and tools; champion project direction; and share expertise with teammates. The role requires at least one shipped game, experience across game development phases, strong 3D layout skills, scripting or programming proficiency, and familiarity with Unreal, Unity, or Maya.

Design and iterate gameplay moments, levels, and core features in collaboration with directors, engineers, and artists. Script gameplay encounters, build 3D layouts in Unreal/Unity, present and defend design ideas, own features through development, mentor teammates, and help improve tools and processes.

Build, operate, and improve CI/CD, automated testing, and deployment infrastructure for game development. Create automation tools, dashboards, and scalable systems; collaborate with developers, QA, and operations to streamline workflows and improve game quality.
