Provides phone and email customer support, resolves shopping, order, product, service, and loyalty-program questions, documents customer feedback, and partners with ecommerce and store teams. Collaborate with architecture, development, and infrastructure teams, troubleshoot critical incidents, document systems, mentor peers, and provide on-call support for mission-critical platforms.

Design and deliver enterprise-scale intelligent automation and AI solutions across Retail, Finance, and Supply Chain. Evaluate and select platforms (Azure AI, Copilot Studio, Databricks, open-source), design scalable, secure architectures and AI agents in Azure, run discovery workshops, prioritize automation opportunities, build business cases, establish architecture standards and governance, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure adoption, operational readiness, and continuous improvement.

Design, implement, and support DevOps solutions to improve software delivery and infrastructure reliability. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, IaC with Terraform, automation with Ansible, manage Azure environments, monitoring with Nagios/Splunk, and container orchestration with Docker/Kubernetes. Administer Linux/Windows servers, create automation scripts, troubleshoot deployments across environments, and produce technical documentation and operational standards.

Lead analytics and experimentation for the More Rewards loyalty program. Design and run A/B and multivariate tests, build data pipelines and predictive models using SQL and Python, create Power BI dashboards, collaborate with stakeholders and data engineers, mentor analysts, and deliver actionable insights from large, cloud-based datasets.
