Supervise day-to-day transport operations for a Vancouver flight kitchen, managing 80+ drivers and staff. Ensure safety, security, on-time performance, compliance with regulatory and airline requirements, labor planning, employee development, reporting, and continuous operational improvements across varied shifts.
