As a Solution Specialist II, you'll design and support infrastructure systems in a multi-cloud environment, focusing on automation, security, and infrastructure innovation.

Provide product support for BCAA’s insurance portfolio: maintain product documentation, support product lifecycle activities, research market and customer insights, analyze performance, collaborate cross-functionally, and assist with product enhancements and compliance to drive customer value and business outcomes.

Provide second- and occasional third-level administration for on-premises and AWS infrastructure, manage Windows Server/Active Directory and hybrid Office 365 services, automate tasks with PowerShell, follow ITIL processes, support patching and lifecycle activities, troubleshoot issues, document systems, and assist senior staff with enterprise IT solutions.

Provide second-line support and maintenance for AWS-based cloud-native backend systems. Monitor system health, troubleshoot production issues, reprocess failed transactions, implement backend enhancements, build monitoring/alerting, participate in deployments, QA and documentation, and collaborate with senior engineers to improve reliability and scalability.

Support P&C pricing, underwriting and product development through data extraction, cleaning, actuarial analyses, rating model development, trend and loss ratio studies, and documentation. Collaborate with senior actuaries on research, predictive modeling, and decision support while progressing through CAS exams.

Lead establishment of BCAA's corporate development and M&A capability, identify and evaluate acquisitions, partnerships, and strategic ventures. Drive market and financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, business cases, and integration planning. Advise senior leadership and Board, build cross-functional relationships, and advance innovation pipelines and disciplined experimentation to support long-term growth.

Support the Senior Manager, Product & Process to manage day-to-day issues, deliver projects, define requirements, lead UAT, troubleshoot platforms, coordinate marketing and operations, and improve processes to enhance member experience and operational efficiency.

Manage BCAAs social media presence: handle real-time customer service and community management, publish and optimize content, maintain the content calendar, analyze performance and KPIs, report insights, collaborate cross-functionally, and ensure governance, risk and compliance across social channels.

Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing and operational procurement activities, develop complex bid documents (RFP/RFI/RFQ), manage vendor relationships and contracts, oversee purchase orders and fleet procurement, drive process improvements, provide training and procurement guidance, and report savings and supplier performance to senior management.

Drive insurance sales and client relationships by recommending and issuing BCAA insurance products, processing renewals, endorsements and payments, and collaborating with underwriting and support teams. Meet sales and productivity goals, maintain licensing and industry knowledge, participate in training, and progress toward team lead or people leader responsibilities.
