Supports the development and execution of consumer marketing strategies and campaigns for insurance products. Executes BAT, SIT, regression, integration, and end-to-end accounting process validation across Guidewire, Epicor, and related systems. Documents and retests defects, validates reports, reconciliations, interfaces, journal entries, and financial outputs, and supports cutover, go-live readiness, stabilization, governance, and continuous improvement activities.

Advise customers on insurance products, issue and renew policies, recommend coverage, process payments and policy changes, and manage customer accounts and documentation. Collaborate with support teams and underwriting, meet sales and productivity goals, follow underwriting guidelines, maintain licensing requirements, and develop expertise toward potential team leadership.

Lead establishment of BCAA's corporate development and M&A capability, identify and evaluate acquisitions, partnerships, and strategic ventures. Drive market and financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, business cases, and integration planning. Advise senior leadership and Board, build cross-functional relationships, and advance innovation pipelines and disciplined experimentation to support long-term growth.

Lead full-cycle recruitment, partner with hiring leaders to build sourcing strategies and talent pipelines, use data and ATS tools to measure outcomes, represent employer brand externally, drive strategic TA projects, mentor colleagues, and improve recruitment processes.

As a Solution Specialist II, you'll design and support infrastructure systems in a multi-cloud environment, focusing on automation, security, and infrastructure innovation.

Provide product support for BCAA’s insurance portfolio: maintain product documentation, support product lifecycle activities, research market and customer insights, analyze performance, collaborate cross-functionally, and assist with product enhancements and compliance to drive customer value and business outcomes.

Provide second- and occasional third-level administration for on-premises and AWS infrastructure, manage Windows Server/Active Directory and hybrid Office 365 services, automate tasks with PowerShell, follow ITIL processes, support patching and lifecycle activities, troubleshoot issues, document systems, and assist senior staff with enterprise IT solutions.
