Deliver bilingual (French/English) advanced technical support for Ricoh solutions across direct and dealer channels. Lead incident resolution and escalations, troubleshoot complex integrations, software and system performance issues, produce support documentation, mentor junior staff, collaborate with delivery, engineering and vendor teams, and support continuous improvement and pre-sales activities while meeting SLAs.

Provide clerical and administrative support including proofreading and correspondence, travel and calendar coordination, filing, phone and reception coverage, meeting logistics, basic data entry and departmental reporting, equipment coordination, and cross-team assistance.

Perform full-cycle accounts payable, register vendors, verify bank accounts, process invoices and payment proposals, handle employee expense reports, administer and audit sample devices, assist month-end close and annual audits, manage document filing/scanning, liaise with subsidiary accounting teams, and support ad-hoc reporting. Korean language ability is an asset.

Serve as technical lead and subject-matter expert for post-sales implementation of web storefronts and document workflow solutions. Drive successful deployments, guide discovery and project teams, develop SOWs, support pre-sales, identify expansion opportunities, achieve services revenue/profit targets, and ensure customer satisfaction and adoption.
