The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage full-cycle recruitment for various disciplines, enhance candidate experience, and support onboarding efforts. Responsibilities include conducting interviews, collaborating with hiring managers, engaging candidates, and contributing to employer branding initiatives.

Design brand identities, visual and scalable design systems, and high-fidelity digital and experiential interfaces. Translate concepts and wireframes into polished assets, create design documentation, collaborate with cross-functional teams, present concepts, manage multiple projects, and support production to final delivery while staying current on trends.

Support day-to-day accounting: review and process expense reports, enter vendor bills, maintain and reconcile credit card records, assist accounts payable/receivable, prepare month-end journal entries and account reconciliations, and maintain organized accounting files.
