Owns Nicola Wealth’s growth marketing and demand-generation engine, including the full digital funnel, paid and organic acquisition, CRO, landing pages, lead nurturing, lifecycle email, marketing automation, CRM integration, attribution, and reporting. Leads marketing technology, customer lifecycle marketing, AI-search visibility strategies, and a team of employees, agencies, and vendors while partnering with Sales, Content, Brand, and Compliance to drive qualified pipeline, revenue, retention, and measurable marketing ROI.

Provides comprehensive executive and administrative support to the Managing Director, Insurance, including calendar and correspondence management, travel coordination, meeting organization, research, reporting, expense reconciliation, presentations, and confidential communications. The role coordinates projects, manages stakeholder relationships, anticipates leadership needs, and supports time-sensitive initiatives in a hybrid Vancouver office environment.

Serve as the primary interface between Public Assets portfolio managers, advisors, and clients. Translate investment strategy, portfolio positioning, and performance into client-ready messaging, develop marketing and reporting materials, support product development through market and competitive analysis, and analyze product performance to recommend enhancements. Represent the firm at client meetings and events.
