Manage a portfolio of 20–30 mid-market healthcare SaaS accounts, building stakeholder relationships, executing success plans, leading pilots and implementations, driving adoption, conducting QBRs, and owning renewals and expansion. Use customer usage data to identify risks and opportunities, guide organizational change, communicate value, and collaborate with Sales, Implementation, Product, and Customer Success Associates to achieve measurable outcomes.
