Own development of Quandri's commercial lines product from discovery through launch. Run customer research with brokers and agencies, define strategy and roadmap, prototype and validate solutions, lead cross-functional teams, drive go-to-market and early adoption, and measure outcomes to iterate quickly.

Own Revenue Operations systems, processes, analytics, and territory planning across Sales, BDR, Customer Success, Implementation, Marketing, Product, and Finance. Administer and optimize HubSpot and the broader GTM technology stack, build workflows and dashboards, maintain data integrity, support forecasting and ARR reporting, and translate data into actionable recommendations. Lead AI-enabled process improvements, cross-functional systems projects, quota and territory planning, and comprehensive GTM documentation.

The Mid-Market Account Executive will manage the complete sales cycle with leading insurance brokerages, aiming to triple annual recurring revenue by 2026. This involves closing significant deals while building the enterprise sales function at Quandri.

Lead a full-stack engineering team building customer-facing, revenue-generating features on Quandri's AI-driven insurance platform. Define technical vision and roadmap, design and implement frontend/backends, databases and APIs, ensure architecture/security/observability, mentor and hire engineers, and drive engineering culture and operational excellence.

Lead end-to-end implementations of the Quandri platform for SMB to Enterprise customers: manage kickoff, discovery, configuration, testing, training, and handoff to Customer Success.
