Manage two product engineering teams (Engineering Leads and ICs), provide people leadership, technical oversight, and delivery prioritization. Build internal developer tooling, templates, scripts, and workflows to reduce friction across development, testing, CI/CD, deployment, observability, and code review. Lead practical AI adoption, partner with engineers to discover bottlenecks, create golden paths, improve documentation/onboarding, automate repetitive work, and contribute production-quality code across platform, product, security, and data teams.

Drive growth by sourcing and managing institutional and UHNW investor relationships for secondary pre-IPO securities. Prospect new clients, re-engage accounts, execute sales campaigns, meet revenue and trading-volume targets, and support the Director in expanding market share.

Lead partner-led growth from sourcing to signed, managing pipeline, structuring and negotiating commercial terms, owning agreements and onboarding, and building the partnership operating infrastructure and team. Manage national wealth-management accounts, collaborate with Legal and Compliance, and expand live partnerships.

Manage onboarding and operational processes for Hiive users, provide email-based product and technical support, identify workflow friction, document and improve processes, build knowledge-base and lifecycle communications, and relay customer feedback to Product and Sales & Trading.
